Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from October’s Closet, but if there is an issue with your order please contact us to have it resolved.
● Please inspect your items upon arrival. If anything is wrong, please contact us right away. We must be aware of the issue and we must approve the issue before processing a return.
● Regular items can be returned for EXCHANGES only and must be received within 10 days from receipt of the product.
● Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Items must be in the same condition they were received in to process a return. We cannot accept clothing back with stains, animal hair or smells such as cigarette smoke. If these conditions are not met, an exchange may not be granted.
● The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returned items.
● Due to limited inventory, we may not be able to offer an exchange for a different size. Please keep in mind that many of our items are sometimes one-of-one.
● Sale & clearance items, jewelry, undergarments, and swimwear ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
● We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an address mistake on the customer’s behalf. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY TO US! If we receive a package back as undeliverable, there will be an additional reshipping fee.
● Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 days for processing.
